I recognise those who can feel alone with their problems and aim to help people to examine their concerns with a sensitive non-judgemental and empathic approach in a safe and confidential location.
I help people experiencing anxiety and depression, bereavement, and drug and alcohol dependency. I also offer assistance to relieve employment related stress. I provide support for your emotional difficulties by helping you to identify and work through your issues. I use techniques such as talking therapy to assist you to reach your own resolutions or develop strategies to address and remedy your concerns.
EMPLOYMENT STRESS Experiencing stress at work can be both an emotional and physical response to what is required of a job role and its duties which may not sit well with the resources available to the worker as well as their abilities and needs.
ANXIETY Anxiety can take hold quickly and overwhelmingly and it can adversely affect your life. Triggers can be a mixture of worries coming about unexpectedly and through seemingly straightforward circumstances.
